Get to Know Me

I graduated from Denver Technical College in 1997 with my Physical Therapist Assistant degree. A few years later I returned to school and completed a Bachelor’s of Business Management in 2007. It is very important to me to continually expand my skills via continuing education in manual techniques such as myofascial release, Graston, soft tissue work and joint mobilizations, as well as specific exercise techniques such as Pilates and yoga to address muscle imbalances. I received my 200-hour yoga teacher certification in 2022, and my next goal is to achieve 500-hour certification. I enjoy treating post-surgical, sports, work-related and trauma injuries, and believe that optimum recovery from injury requires a combination of exercise and manual therapies.

I am passionate about helping others achieve their best physical selves by helping them discover their opportunities to improve. My wide range of experience is a great benefit as we develop the ideal treatment plan for each patient’s unique needs and goals. I assist patients to discover the importance of breath with postural control and alignment, working toward each individual’s personal physical and functional strength, flexibility, and balance goals.

My hobbies outside of work include cooking, hiking, biking, camping, swimming, reading, and of course taking continuing education classes!
