Get to Know Me

As an occupational therapist, I enjoy assisting patients by helping them understand how their daily activities (work, home, and leisure) have contributed to their injury so that they can heal as quickly as possible and minimize the possibility of re-injury. My specialty is upper body treatment utilizing Pain Neutralization Techniques and Myofascial Trigger Points release. I also am a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist.

I believe that a healthy lifestyle is holistic, focusing on achieving healthy spirit, mind, and body. Whenever I have the opportunity, I enjoy serving our community by giving presentations on how to enhance proper body mechanisms and posture.

My educational background includes:

1990 – Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy at National Taiwan University, Taiwan R.O.C.

1992 – Master of Science in Occupational Therapy at Western Michigan University, Michigan, USA.

When I’m not working with my patients, I enjoy teaching weekly Bible studies and actively participating in my church ministries. I also enjoy singing in choir, meditation, praying, gardening, and staying in shape by exercising regularly. I am fluent in English, Mandarin, Hokkien dialect, and understand Cantonese.
