Get to Know Me

My focus as a physical therapist is on orthopedics and post-operative care. I received my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in Chicago, after earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology-Physiology at the University of Washington. I have enjoyed a wide variety of clinical experiences in Illinois, California, and Washington.

My passion is orthopedics and providing highly personalized care to help each patient regain the highest level of performance possible in the activities they love. Along with coaching therapeutic exercise, I emphasize hands-on treatment, including soft tissue and joint mobilization, therapeutic taping, and cupping methods. My personal goal is to provide high-quality treatment for each of my patients as well as the knowledge and tools necessary to enable them to take control of their well-being.

When not in the clinic, I have presented many workshops for low back pain in local community centers. I love hiking, running, Pilates, singing, traveling, and trying more types of food than I probably should! I also enjoy spending time with my Goldendoodle—although I’m not sure who is training who at this point
