Get to Know Me

My work as an occupational therapist specializes in the rehabilitation of the upper extremity. I completed an undergraduate degree in philosophy from the University of Idaho in 2016, and shortly thereafter began my career in healthcare as a nursing assistant specializing in geriatrics. I continued to work while completing a Master of Occupational Therapy degree, graduating in 2020 from Eastern Washington University.

My approach to treatment incorporates aspects from both holistic wellness and evidence-based practices. I love working with my patients, customizing the therapy to each individual and their unique skills, goals, and environment in order to restore pain free, functional movement patterns. I enjoy working in the highly collaborative environment at Proliance Surgeons Physical & Hand Therapy and strive to constantly improve my skills. My expertise includes designing customized home exercise programs, manual therapy, fabricating custom orthoses, and implementing ergonomics & activity modifications in order to achieve maximum quality of life at every age.

I have been fortunate to travel extensively, both locally and internationally. In my free time, I enjoy studying languages (though never mastering them), yoga and Pilates, camping, live music, reading, making my own pickles and preserves, and all sorts of crafts from candles to sewing.
